This is a Darija talking-head video, posted to TikTok on 2025-12-19, arguing that the real AI danger is not the tool itself but letting ChatGPT do your thinking before you have started. It cites an MIT study (as described by Youssef) reporting 47% fewer neural connections when students wrote essays with ChatGPT from the start, and frames this as cognitive offloading rather than permanent damage. The advice is to use AI after you have started thinking, not instead of thinking, and he ends by saying he is not against new tech but people should learn how to use it first.
