7ayadt ga3 notifications men telephoni 📱 #phone #tech
Youssef reflects on the notifications on his phone. He says he recently turned off every notification except one, and that the one left is an alarm. He admits he was anxious about missing something, but after a while he noticed that he checked his phone every two hours for nothing urgent. The video's angle is that the phone never offered a real reason to check it, so he's taking the chance to step away from it for a day.
